I sooo miss visiting you all!
With TWO weddings,
one the first week of April,
and one the 3rd week in May,
I am eating, sleeping and breathing...
WEDDING PLANNING!!
This is not my first rodeo,
but having these two a mere 7 weeks apart
is definitely keeping my feet trotting
and my mother's heart throbbing!!

Just love that my girls are sooo budget conscious!

I am going to continue to be pretty scarce, but will
be back with a bang after wedding #1

Until then, any other bits of time will be devoted to
adding inventory to my shop, and
getting orders shipped!!

Good grief, Becky! Your stress levels must be off the charts! It's a good stress though. : ) I love the invitations. I think it's so great now that with the different templates available online we can all make some professional looking invitations while remaining within a budget.

I'm feeling your happy pain my friend. My first daughter is getting married in April also. We are knee deep in planning too and ours will also be a fairly simple event with a lot of homemade fun!

What a wonderful time for mom! Mixed emotions too, but as you said, you've been through it before! Your girls are budget minded! Under $400 for a dress. A couple of friends have spoken about wedding dresses costing $4,000!! Are you kidding me?? You certainly raised your children right!

how exiting, and kudos to your daughter for finding the right dress for the wedding at such a price.
I can't stand all the over-priced hype with those over the top gowns. Unfortunately statistics tell us, that alot of brides have "wasted" their money.
By the way, I made my own gown, and have been married ions.
