In the past few days I have been getting a wee bit
frustrated!!!
My creative mojo kind of just left the building!
Nothing was turning out the way I saw it in my
head, and just when I was about to throw in the
towel, I hit gold!
Or should I say silver mercury glass??!!
I adore vintage mercury glass, and bottle brush
Christmas trees...
so I married them along with some other
sweet elements, and this is what
I ended up with...
OH BLISS!
{Is that angels I hear singing?}
Some of you out there know just what I'm talking
about, don't you? I was thinking that I might never be
able to make something I like again!!
Sooo glad I was wrong!
Thank You, Lord!!!
Thank You, Lord!!!
It looks just like what I had envisioned!
And I LOVE it!
I will have a full line of these in my Christmas Collection
in several different sizes and styles!
How fun will a whole bunch of them look together?
Christmas will hit Junk to Joy Shop
next week!!!

Wishing you success in all of your creative and not so
creative endeavors!!
If any of you have something you have done that
helps you get your mojo back, I would love to hear about it!!

Dear Becky, Oh girl, I love all your things but this is so glamorous and elegant-just love it!!!! You are certainly blessed with the gift of creativity Beck. I feel so blessed to know you, count you as a treasure. I've missed our chats but know you are up to your ears in creating. My love to you today.

That is so pretty! I am so glad you got your creative mojo back! I can't wait to see what else you have planned for Christmas, my most favourite time of year!
Best wishes,
Natasha.
Absolutely adorable! Love the little touches of silver to pretty it up. Your mojo didn't leave you for long, you are very talented & creative.

oh my...it was worth the wait! these are stunning!
If this is what is created when you lose your mojo and then get it back, take my mojo away! If I had any creative mojo in the first place that is! Lovely, Becky, simply lovely!
Wow! I love it.
GREAT job Becky! I love it and am so glad that it worked out exactly as you envisioned it.
Have a great day.
Pam
Becky, you are so cute. Your mojo left the building. I think I've felt that way, uh, like daily. You just go with the flow, right?
These are precious. I love them. My new love is bottle brush trees in creamy whites.
I'm looking forward to this Christmas for sure now.

Yes, I think a grouping of these would look wonderful on my mantel, Becky! It's beautiful.
What a great idea, so creative...I think I see a bottlebrush tree in my future. ))smiles))
What a gorgeous little tree Becky! Don't fret over a little creative block. You always make the prettiest Pretties! :)
Yep, I hear angels singing...gorgeous!

This is so pretty :) the problem I always have is when I stop sewing and when that happens..it takes long time to get back into the groove. Enjoy creating.
Very lovely!!
Love it, Becky! SO cute!

That is beautiful! It reminds me of the mercury glass balls my husband's mother had on their Christmas tree! But sadly, when Phil's father died his stepmother took all the Christmas decorations with her to her new house out in the state of Washington. Phil was quite upset about it because he loved the decorations and always helped his mom decorate the tree. Can't wait to see what you have next week!
Yes, Becky, we know what you're talking about. It's scary when creative imagination doesn't happen. Obviously, yours is back!
So pretty!!!
Hugs, Diane

My sweet Becky...
Oh my gosh......your tree is tooooo darn cute! LOVE it... and I DO know what you mean, fo sho..... sometimes, after I've worked on something forever, and it looks like YUK, I just want to throw myself on the floor and have a tantrum like a two year old. I'm so glad you persevered and hit pay dirt. Good for you.
I've missed you! Oh my, things have gotten so hectic around here too. I don't know where the days go. I've been thinking of you every single day.... I just peek over at my darling pumpkins you made for me and am happy to know you!
